1.We will stage a multi-level publicity and presentation campaign to advertise the exhibition. Our exhibition will mainly target Chinese outbound travel agencies. We will conduct our publicity campaign, via telephone, mobile text, micro-blogs, micro-messages, QQ and QQ outbound business groups, MSN, and Baidu.com (China's largest search engine), Google and outbound tourism portals and other related publicity and promotion platforms.
2.Four months prior to the exhibitions, UTE staff would inform the targeted visitors (mainly managers of Chinese outbound travel agencies) of the schedule by phone and friend them on Wechat, a Chinese popular social media app. On the Moments-Sharing page of Wechat, we keep posing the upgraded list of exhibitors and their companies’ logos and we also send this to their accounts, in a bid to notify them in advance of the incoming exhibitors. One week before the exhibitions, we would once again, tell them about the time and place via email, phone calls and messages. Even the day before the event, we remind them not to forget the exhibition since it will be held in just only one day.
3. 1 day ahead of the exhibition, we set up a Wechat group including all the exhibitors and the visitors, on which exhibitors could introduce their companies so that the visitors could know what kinds of would-be partners they would meet on the exhibitions. Apart from sending the visitors the list of exhibitors and their companies’ logos by Wechat, email and QQ, we also disclose their company names and logos on our website.( www.china-ute.com)
4. We ascribe much importance to inviting Chinese outbound travel agencies around the host cities. Our company makes it a rule that those who invite the manager of a travel agency outside the host city will be awarded a bonus of 50 yuan, 30 yuan more than for a invited manager of a travel agency in the host cities. For instance, on the Beijing exhibition, an invited manager of a Beijing travel agency will get the inviter a bonus of 20 yuan while one from the Harbin travel agency will make him or her a bonus of 50 yuan. Hence, our staff are more willing to invite managers of the travel agencies from around the host cites.
